"I had a plumbing emergency with a exterior hose bib. I called around and got referred to Blue Drop. I gave them a call and spoke to a Plumber immediately. He came to my house diagnosed my situation. While he was checking underneath my home he notified me of a major leak. He showed me pictures gave me suggestions on how we should continue and was very sweet. After the work was done not only did he do the work that he was here to do he also helped me with a hole in my exterior wall and some other repairs I needed outside at no change. All in all I am very happy with the technician and his team. The team at Blue Drop is great!  We called them out for a Plumbing issue that took the technician about less than 5 minutes to fix - he didn't even want to charge me when he was done !?!  I gave him money anyway, but I'm sure any other Plumber in Simi would've charged me an arm and leg to fix that Faucet! L.
